About this site

Fear not the path of truth for the lack of people walking on it.
– John F. Kennedy

This site is a compendium of published writings by Sarah (Steve) Mosko, Ph.D. on contemporary environmental issues. A synthesis of science and commentary, the articles were written to be informative and meaningful to anyone concerned about the insults to the environment stemming from human activities and what might be done by way of remedy.

It is my aspiration that the content of this site will, in some small way, be a vehicle for change. Hopefully readers will learn something worthy of remembering and passing on to others. Changes are needed at every level of society, from the individual on up, if we are to reverse the damage humanity has inflicted on our beautiful planet, and change can occur only when people become informed.

You can use the search box to find information on specific topics. Also, the most recent articles are listed below the search box, and the Articles by Date tab takes you to a complete list of all articles, from most recent to oldest.

Heartfelt thanks go out to Jane DeChambeau for her technical expertise and commitment that made this site possible.  Everyone should have such a talented sister-in-law.

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has. . .
– Margaret Mead
